Payment:

  • Payment is due on the day of service or as per the agreed billing schedule.
  • If payments are late 3 times, we will terminate services. Late fee of £5 per day will be added for late payments.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • More than 48 hours - No charge.
  • Within 48 hours - 50% charge.
  • Within 24 hours - Full charge.

If anyone in your household is too ill to attend work or school, please contact me ASAP to reschedule. No charges will apply for rescheduled cleans.

 

Access to the Property:

  • The Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time (key access or client access). If access is not available after 15 minutes of us arriving, full payment of the clean will be added to your invoice.

 

Liability:

  • Bower Cleaning Service is fully insured and takes extreme care to prevent damage during cleaning. In the unfortunate event that there is any damage to your property, clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service. All products and equipment are supplied by us, Bower Cleaning Service.

 

Photos & Social Media:

We may take 'before & after' photos or record short clips for advertisement purposes. No identifying details will be included, you may revoke consent at any time, and any related content will be removed promptly upon request.

  • Use the images solely for business promotion.
  • avoid sharing any identifiable personal information (e.g., house numbers, street names, or family photos within the property) without prior consent.
  • Client may request the removal of any image from the Company’s platform at any time.
  • Client may decline to have specific areas or features of their property photographed
